DMCA Policy

ElementorBro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We have implemented the following DMCA Policy to address copyright infringements and ensure compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

1. Reporting Copyright Infringements

1.1 DMCA Notice: If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on ElementorBro’s platform, please submit a DMCA notice to dmca@elementorbro.com.

1.2 DMCA Notice Requirements: Your DMCA notice must include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on ElementorBro’s platform.
  • Contact information of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • A statement that the copyright owner has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and the notifying party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Counter Notification

2.1 Counter Notice: If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification to dmca@elementorbro.com.

2.2 Counter Notice Requirements: Your counter notification must include the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled.
  • Contact information of the user submitting the counter notification.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that the user consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the user’s address is located.
